Who We Are
CD Homes LLC is a Savannah-based company founded by partners Carrie and David Montague, dedicated to the homes and homeowners of The Landings on Skidaway Island. We combine design sensibility, hands-on construction expertise, and genuine local knowledge to help our neighbors love where they live.
Whether we're reviving a dated cottage into a showpiece or managing a whole-home renovation down to the last detail, our approach is the same: treat every home like it's our own.
What We Offer
We purchase older homes throughout The Landings, thoughtfully renovate them from the studs out or with a refined refresh, and bring them back to market — preserving neighborhood character while meeting the expectations of today's buyers.
From kitchen and bath remodels to full home renovations, we manage every trade and detail. Paired with in-house interior design services, we help homeowners plan, budget, and execute a project that feels finished and personal — not generic.
Our Team
President & Founder
A native of Fairhaven, New Jersey, Carrie has spent her career designing and remodeling homes on both the East and West Coasts before bringing her expertise to Skidaway Island. She leads CD Homes' design vision and renovation projects, with an eye for preserving a home's character while giving it new life for modern living.
Carrie's background spans residential design, project management, and hands-on renovation — giving her a rare, complete perspective on what it takes to turn a dated house into a home buyers fall in love with.
Partner & Co-Founder
David partners with Carrie to oversee the business, operations, and client relationships at CD Homes LLC. Together, they built CD Homes to serve their own community on Skidaway Island — combining local knowledge of The Landings with a genuine commitment to doing right by every homeowner they work with.

Life in Savannah, Georgia
